Rahul Sahgal |

|
Rahul is the founder and CEO of Annik Technology Services Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Market Research and Data Analytics outsourcing companies in India. Having spent 10 years in the US working with some of the Global Leaders in Market Research, Rahul started the company after returning to India in 1999. Initially providing software development services, he started offering data services in 2002 after which the company quickly grew from less than 20 to over 200 in a couple of years. Today, with over 325 employees, Annik is recognized as a pioneer in the Market Research KPO space.
Rahul heads the Center for Knowledge Management, part of the Birla Institute of Management Technology, a top 15 Indian Business School. A unique joint initiative between Annik and BIMTech, supported by NASSCOM, this offers a 3 month foundational Diploma course in KPO fundamentals.
Having grown up in different countries and having attended various international schools, he has an appreciation for different cultures. He is fluent in English, Hindi and French. Rahul holds a Master's Degree in Physics from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA and a Bachelor's Degree in the same subject from Hindu College, University of Delhi.

Vineet heads Marketing and Sales at Annik. He has more than 15 years of experience in market research, product management and managing outsourced processes.
He has spend 10 years in the US working with companies like Russell Research, The New York Times, Economist Intelligence Unit and SAIC (a Fortune 500 ® company). As a Senior Product Manager at SAIC, he was responsible for revenue of more than $75m.
In his previous role, Vineet was the solutions head of one of the largest BPO companies in India. He was a part of the leadership team that grew the organization ground up to a 15,000 people organization in 5 years.
Vineet has an MBA and a MS in International Business from New York. |

15 years experience across Operations and Quality in Manufacturing and BPO segment. Last 5 years with GE's BPO hub Genpact where he was responsible for running Operations.
Sandeep is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from GE-US and a Master Black Belt at Genpact. He has also lead multiple transitions and worked in Business Development.
