Rahul Sahgal - Chief Executive Officer

Rahul is the founder and CEO of Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd, one of the leading Market Research and Data Analytics outsourcing companies in India. Having spent 10 years in the US working with some of the Global Leaders in Market Research, he started the company upon his return to India. Initially providing software development services, he started offering data services in 2002 after which the company quickly grew from less than 20 to over 200 in a couple of years. Today, with over 500+ employees, Annik is recognized as a pioneer in the Market Research KPO space.

Rahul heads the Center for Knowledge Management, part of the Birla Institute of Management Technology, a top 15 Indian Business School. A unique joint initiative between Annik and BIMTech, supported by NASSCOM, this offers a 3 month foundational Diploma course in KPO fundamentals.

Having grown up in different countries and having attended various international schools, he has an appreciation for different cultures. He is fluent in English, Hindi and French. Rahul holds a Master's Degree in Physics from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA and a Bachelor's Degree in the same subject from Hindu College, University of Delhi.

15 years experience across Operations and Quality in Manufacturing and BPO segment. Last 5 years with GE's BPO hub Genpact where he was responsible for running Operations. Sandeep Bhatia is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from GE-US and a Master Black Belt at Genpact. He has also lead multiple transitions and worked in Business Development. Engineering Graduate from a premier university in India.

Justin brings nearly 14 years of niche global experience in the IT industry with software and systems product management, architecture, development, deployment and operation, all with focus on process and system excellence. Formerly, he was IT Director for Microsoft Japan, where as an expert in Pacific Rim cross-cultural business connection, he managed overall Japan sales & marketing business infrastructure strategy & successful enterprise-wide solution implementation to enable higher workforce productivity, reduce costs, and fuel revenue growth

Based in Tokyo, Justin is originally from Vancouver, Canada and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in M.I.S. with a concentration in Japanese from the University of Calgary.

Rudy Nadilo - Senior Vice President, Global Business Development

Rudy holds a rich experience of 30 years. He is the former CEO of Greenfield Online, Inc. and as Sr. VP Marketing at Information Resources, Rudy built the company's first marketing department.

He is a recognized expert in online marketing research, consumer panel behavioral information, database marketing and in the use of retail scanner information to support the marketing services industry.

His career spans across marketing research, packaged goods, advertising and product management.

He has held management positions at Dancer, Fitzgerald, Sample Advertising, Inc., Richardson-Vicks, Inc. and J. Walter Thompson Advertising.

He is a B.F.A. from Emerson College and earned his masters in Advertising & Marketing from Northwestern University.
