To ensure smooth development and quality delivery, Annik will deploy a QC team to ensure all requirements are verified and implemented as expected. Following are the steps QC team will follow.


  • Understanding of requirements. The QC team will understand the functionality of the proposed solution
  • Preparation of test cases for each requirement. QC team @ Annik will prepare a test case document listing all requirements and steps to ensure all requirements are implemented with quality output
  • Test case document will be verified by the Project Manager @ Annik
  • QC team will use this document and test the application step by step to ensure a bug free output
  • The document will be shared with CPM to help them for further quality check


Our Development Methodology – Agile with Scrum

With the application of Agile methodology for development of project, all the modules of project are developed independently with minimal impact on other related modules. We involve our clients to review the developments of major modules of project during the development. This results in high level of flexibility to make any mid-development changes with minimal impact on the overall development cycle of project. Our development life cycle is implied on every module separately. The project manager will also act as Scrum master during regular scrum sessions.
